![]() I go into Control panel and click on "Manage your Credentials" and receive an error "Credential Manager Error - you do not have permission to save files to this location. I can't even download any files - nothing happens when I try to download. If I run the program as administrator it will start correctly., however Quicken says it does not support "Run as Administrator". The actual application fails to open the files. This is puzzling since the installation program was able to correctly create the folders and file during the When I try to start it again I get the same problem. Quicken was completely removed (including the above file/folders) and reinstalled. The checkmarks are grey - which I assume is normal). For reasons unknown suddenly my Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit installation has started having file access problems, for reasons that ostensibly are due to file permissions.
